An exciting opportunity has arisen for junior Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join an established team at a full service commercial law firm in Leicester. This role is rewarded with a very competitive salary and benefits package plus promising career prospects.
About the role
The firm’s Dispute Resolution team provide a complete range of legal and advisory services to commercial clients across a full spectrum of litigation matters.
Workflows will include the following:
- Dispute Resolution services for businesses including commercial contract disputes, professional negligence, partnership disputes and property disputes
- Dispute resolution services for individuals including landlord and tenant and will disputes
- Insolvency
- Debt recovery
About the person
Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with ideally at least 6 months’ experience in Dispute Resolution matters.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. A real passion for Dispute Resolution is a pre-requisite for this role.
