An opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate has arisen with a full-service law firm to join their growing Commercial Litigation team based in Birmingham. About the role
This Commercial Litigation team in Birmingham is highly regarded in the Legal 500 and Chambers and advises on a range of commercial disputes including:
- Contract disputes
- Company Disputes
- Defamation
- IP disputes
- Advisory work
Clients include SME’s, insurers, large corporates and education institutions, amongst others.
About you
The team are looking to grow their offering therefore the Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate will be a UK qualified lawyer with 4 years post qualification experience in Commercial Litigation. This is a fantastic role for an established Commercial Litigator who is looking to join a growing team with promising career prospects.
You will have a good eye for detail, be able to prioritise and manage a caseload, have excellent communication skills and have a commercial, client-focused approach.
