A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen with a top national law firm for a Solicitor to join their Financial Services Litigation on a fully remote basis. This role offers exceptional work, plenty of flexibility and promising career prospects.
About the role
The successful Financial Services Litigation Solicitor will work within a team which operates an agile working environment. The firm’s national Financial Services Litigation team provides a complete range of services with workflows consisting of financial services professional negligence claims including:
- Claims and complaints relating to negligent investment
- Tax planning advice
- Pension disputes
About the person
The successful candidate will have ideally completed a minimum of 1 years' experience in Litigation matters. Experience of handling financial services professional negligence claims is advantageous but not essential.
You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and due to the large volume of work you must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. You will have sound advising and influencing skills and will thrive when working within a team on complex matters.
