A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Dispute Resolution NQ Solicitor to join a full service Legal 500 law firm in the East Midlands. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package along with the opportunity to work with a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.
About the role
The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor will have a focus on private disputes and gain exposure to all aspects of contentious trusts and probate work in this role including:
- Disputes over wills
- Financial provision claims
- Disputes with executors
- Dispute regarding powers of attorney
- Contested Court of Protection applications
About the person
The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 6 months' experience gained ideally in contentious trusts & probate matters. Candidates with non-contentious private client experience or broader litigation experience that have an interest in private disputes are also encouraged to apply.
Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that you must possess include an eye for detail, the ability to communicate effectively, organisational skills and great client care skills. .
