An opportunity for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor has arisen with a leading full-service law firm to join their growing Real Estate Litigation team based in Birmingham. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary depending on your experience and presents an excellent opportunity for a junior Real Estate Litigation Solicitor seeking a varied and challenging role.
About the role
The national Real Estate Litigation team is highly regarded in directories and advises on all aspects of property related disputes in both the commercial and residential spheres. The Real Estate Litigation Solicitor will provide advice to a range of Landlords, Tenants and major landowners on broad range of property related issues including high value complex property disputes including advising on restrictive covenants, easements, boundary disputes and leasehold enfranchisement.
The team are looking to grow their offering therefore the Real Estate Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified lawyer with 0-2 years experience in Real Estate Litigation but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.
You will enjoy black letter law and will be able to demonstrate exceptional technical skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, a high degree of initiative along with the ability to provide a first rate client service both internally and externally.
