An opportunity for a junior Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ+) has arisen with a leading full-service law firm to join their growing Property Litigation team based in Birmingham. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary depending on your experience and presents an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor who is seeking a varied and challenging role.
About the role
This national Property Litigation team is highly regarded in directories and advises on all aspects of property related disputes in both the commercial and residential spheres. The Property Litigation Solicitor will provide advice to a range of Landlords, Tenants and major landowners on broad range of property related issues including high value complex property disputes including advising on restrictive covenants, easements, boundary disputes and leasehold enfranchisement.
The team are looking to grow their offering therefore the Property Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified lawyer with ideally 0-3 years post qualification experience in Property Litigation. However, this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.
You will enjoy black letter law and will be able to demonstrate exceptional technical skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, a high degree of initiative along with the ability to provide a first rate client service both internally and externally.
