A top-tier US Law Firm requires an E-Discovery Coordinator to join them as their first eDiscovery hire in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with law firm experience to step up into a high-responsibility role or for someone from a consultancy or provider to move into a law firm.
The successful candidate will responsible for managing projects through the EDRM lifecycle dealing with electronic discovery process, including: identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of electronic data.
Work with Lawyers/Partners to decide which vendors/platforms to use;
Look after processing, collection, review and production;
Utilise data analytics to help reduce the size of data collections;
Test and recommend evolving ED technology;
Project manage electronic discovery projects;
Ensure deadlines are met.
Useful systems knowledge: Relativity, Concordance, LAW, IPRO, LiveNote, Trial Director, Acrobat DC;
SQL or Oracle;
Knowledge of EDRM lifecycle;
Ability to train in Relativity;
Strong Project Management skills (Prince 2 qualification useful but not necessary);
Demonstrable litigation support experience previously gained.
This is a permanent position based at their London office with a competitive salary.
