An opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate has arisen with a leading full-service law firm to join their growing Property Litigation team based in Birmingham. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary depending on experience and presents an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor seeking a varied and challenging role.
About the role
The Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate will provide advice to a range of Landlords, Tenants and real estate developers from local authorities, NHS trusts, housing association and blue chip companies on broad range of property related issues including high value complex property disputes. You will also be expected to develop an expertise within one or more of the firm's client sectors and actively participate in business development initiatives.
Workflows will include:
- Real Estate Management work;
- s.25 Lease renewals;
- Injunction; and
- Possession Actions
The Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate will be a UK qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years post qualification experience in Property Litigation but this does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role.
You will enjoy black letter law and will be able to demonstrate exceptional technical skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, a high degree of initiative along with the ability to provide a first rate client service both internally and externally.
