• Advise the Investment Team on new investments, follow-on investments, exits, and portfolio matters.
• Manage relationships with external legal advisers to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across internal teams, including Legal, Investment, Compliance, Finance, and Infrastructure.
• Identify emerging trends affecting transactions and develop solutions through training or process improvements.
• Support strategic projects alongside senior leaders to influence organisational growth and direction.

• Provide expert legal advice on investments, exits, portfolio matters, and corporate projects with significant impact.
• Collaborate with knowledgeable colleagues across multiple teams in a supportive environment.

• Qualified Corporate Solicitor with at least five years’ post-qualification experience advising on investment transactions within private practice or in-house settings.
• Proven ability to deliver dependable legal advice in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships across diverse teams nationwide.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering focused training sessions tailored to non-legal audiences.
• Experience managing external law firm relationships efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Be based in Birmingham.
