The successful candidate will manage a range of compliance issues, assess risks, identify patterns and trends, while enhancing overall compliance standards. What you'll do:

As a Compliance Manager, your role will be pivotal in leading the development and management of our client's compliance function. You will be responsible for analysing the full sales process to ensure procedures align with best practice and regulatory expectations. Your role will also involve implementing and monitoring compliance controls, ensuring organisational compliance with accrediting bodies, reviewing new products and services, ensuring robust data protection practices, and developing an effective education programme.

  • Lead the development and management of the company's compliance function
  • Analyse and oversee the full sales process to ensure procedures are compliant with best practice and regulatory expectations
  • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls including carrying out regular spot checks of sales and customer service video and telephone calls, websites, and processes
  • Ensure organisational compliance with accrediting bodies and standards, and pilot further appropriate accreditations wherever possible
  • Review implementation of new products and services, conducting DPIAs where required
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001
  • Ensure robust data protection practices, including strict adherence to GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation
  • Develop an effective education and engagement programme through ongoing communication and training to colleagues
