Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their industry-leading team. This role offers an unparalleled career advancement opportunity for an exceptional compliance professional. The successful candidate will manage a range of compliance issues, assess risks, identify patterns and trends, while enhancing overall compliance standards. What you'll do:
As a Compliance Manager, your role will be pivotal in leading the development and management of our client's compliance function. You will be responsible for analysing the full sales process to ensure procedures align with best practice and regulatory expectations. Your role will also involve implementing and monitoring compliance controls, ensuring organisational compliance with accrediting bodies, reviewing new products and services, ensuring robust data protection practices, and developing an effective education programme.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Compliance Manager position brings excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You possess strong analytical abilities coupled with problem-solving skills. Your ability to provide constructive feedback reflects your high level of integrity. Being commercially driven, you have a proactive approach towards improvement. Your expertise in data privacy will be crucial in this role.
