The role offers the chance to collaborate with stakeholders internationally.

What you'll do:


As an In-House Solicitor, your role will be integral to the success of our client's operations. You will offer high-quality legal advice on a variety of issues, focusing mainly on commercial contracts and negotiations. Your ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders will be key in this role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to implement training, policies, and guidelines across the business. Your active participation in business development initiatives will contribute significantly to the growth of the company.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this In-House Solicitor position is a UK qualified solicitor with over 2 years of post-qualification experience either in private practice or in-house. You bring strong drafting skills along with excellent written and oral communication abilities. Your familiarity with laws and regulations relating to safety, environment, and data privacy will be crucial in this role.

Your proven experience dealing with commercial contracts and negotiations coupled with your ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders sets you apart
