We have partnered with a global marketing and advertising agency that is seeking to add a Legal Counsel (NQ-3 Years PQE) to their team in Manchester.

• They are known for their diverse portfolio of services, which encompass all aspects of marketing and advertising. This includes traditional advertising, digital marketing, media planning and buying, creative and design services, public relations, market research, and more.
• They have a diverse range of clients, including some of the world's most well-known brands in industries such as consumer goods, technology, automotive, finance, and more.

About the role:

• Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of issues, including contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and more.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including client contracts, vendor agreements, and partnerships.
• Assess legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that business activities align with legal standards.
• Handle dispute resolution, litigation management and external legal counsel relationships when necessary.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to improve efficiency and mitigate legal risk.

About you:

• NQ-3 Years PQE Commercial Solicitor from Private Practice at either an International or National firm.
• Legal Counsel from NQ-3 Years PQE at a business in the retail, marketing or sports sector.
