About the Pension Funds lawyer role This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a very highly respected company in London. The role will be an even split between managing their extensive pension funds as well as working on more traditional pension products of the business.
- Drafting and negotiating high value agreements including fund management agreements;
- Providing legal support to the business in relation to various products offered by the business;
- Advising on Trusts law;
- Dealing with the transfer of pensions into the Master Trusts;
- Having a general overview of the pension funds within the business.
Your Key skills:
You will be a qualified lawyer having gained experience in either private practice or in-house, a mix of both would be preferred. The nature of the work would be most suited to a lawyer with 2-4 years PQE, however a different range will be considered.
You will have a good understanding of Trust law and be prepared and able to take on a wide range of work across pensions and funds work. You should be comfortable working closely with the business and taking a commercial approach to your work.
