Key Responsibilities:

As an Employment Senior Associate, you will:

• Handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including Employment Tribunal cases, corporate support, and general advisory work.
• Advise clients across industries such as higher education, logistics, mobility, technology, retail, and financial services.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, policy and contract advice, restructures, redundancies, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Take ownership of client relationships and actively participate in business development initiatives.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 5 years’ PQE in employment law with strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage matters from start to finish independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for contributing to team success and growth.
