Senior Associate - Employment Lawyer

A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its London Employment team. The team is ranked highly in Chambers UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile matters, investigations, strategic advisory projects, and global employment matters, while contributing to team development and business growth.

Role and Key Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice on a wide range of employment matters, including sensitive investigations, complex litigation, global projects, and policy development

• Act as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships

• Collaborate across firm practices and international jurisdictions to provide integrated advice

• Participate in business development initiatives

• Support team development and knowledge sharing

Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law

• Strong client management, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Proactive, collaborative approach with a commercial mindset

• Experience advising clients in financial services or TMT sectors is desirable

• Comfortable managing complex matters independently while supporting team initiatives
