• Representing clients in complex employment tribunal litigation from start to finish.
• Providing day-to-day legal support to HR teams as a trusted advisor.
• Advising on key HR projects such as restructurings, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
• Supporting corporate transactions by advising on employment-related aspects like due diligence and risk management.
• Acting on executive severances and drafting/negotiating settlement agreements.
• Supervising junior team members while collaborating with partners on high-value instructions.
• Contributing to business development initiatives to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
