Excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to join this global business on a permanent basis. You will join a supportive and established team of lawyers who are embedded and respected across the business.

This role has been created due to an ongoing high level of work across the team and a commitment to the business to provide the highest standards in their Centre of Excellence for ER and Employment law.

This is a key hire and important role for the team, responsible for supporting senior stakeholders and global projects.

This is a permanent role that will focus on the following:

- ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, investigations, etc.)

- Conduct of claims, settlement and employment litigation

- Reviewing and updating relevant policies

- Employment support on commercial/corporate transactions

- Employment law training and updates for the wider business

This is a fantastic role for someone keen to transition to an in-house role from private practice, or someone already in-house but perhaps looking for a new challenge.
