Employment Senior Associate

In this role, you will act as a senior figure within the employment team, advising on high-profile and complex matters, including multi-jurisdictional projects, sensitive investigations, litigation, and day-to-day advisory work. You’ll work closely with clients across the financial services, technology, and media sectors, supporting both UK-based and international matters. Alongside the legal work, you'll play a key role in business development and client relationship management.

The team is a nationally and internationally recognised employment practice, advising a broad client base that includes major corporates, financial institutions, and high-growth businesses in the technology and media sectors. Known for its collaborative approach, excellent training, and strong internal progression opportunities, the team offers the chance to work directly with partners and play a key role in delivering strategic advice to clients.

They are looking for a qualified lawyer with experience in employment law, with strong expertise across both advisory and contentious matters. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading on complex issues and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice. Experience supervising junior lawyers is highly desirable, and sector experience in financial services or technology, media, and telecoms (TMT) is considered a plus.
