Pensions Senior associate

A top-tier global law firm is seeking a knowledgeable and commercially astute Senior Associate to join its growing Pensions practice. This is a standout opportunity to advise on complex pensions matters within a highly respected team that works with a diverse client base, including multinational employers, trustees, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on all aspects of occupational pension schemes, including scheme governance, funding, regulatory issues, and risk management.

• Supporting corporate transactions and restructuring projects involving pensions liabilities.

• Advising trustees and employers on defined benefit and defined contribution scheme matters.

• Managing client relationships and supervising junior team members.

• Contributing to the development of the practice through client initiatives and thought leadership.

Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years PQE with substantial experience in pensions law, ideally gained in a leading UK or international firm.

• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.

• Ability to manage complex projects and client relationships independently.

• Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers is desirable.
