Employment Senior associate

A prestigious international law firm is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity to advise on complex employment matters for major UK and global clients across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including senior exits, workplace investigations, and Employment Tribunal litigation.

• Supporting clients with business restructures, TUPE transfers, and day-to-day HR advisory work.

• Working closely with corporate, regulatory, and disputes teams on multi-disciplinary matters.

• Leading on client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.

• Contributing to thought leadership and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years PQE with strong experience in employment law gained at a leading law firm.

• Proven track record managing high-value and complex matters independently.

• Strong client-facing skills and a commercial approach.

• Ability to lead and supervise junior team members effectively.

Location: London (with flexible/hybrid working arrangements)
