Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor, for their team in Taunton. Ranked highly in the Legal 500. The successful candidate will have the chance to handle claims across various sectors, making it an exceptional base to develop their career.

What you'll do:

As a Employment Solicitor based out of the Taunton office, you will:

• Respondent work and high value work on claimants
• Manage your own caseload across the range of specialisms.
• Support Partners and Associates on more complex and large-scale claims.
• Get involved in a range of business development activities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will bring:

• 2+ years qualified experience within Employment
• Proactive and flexible in working both individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively.
• Blend of contentious and non-contentious experience.
• Enthusiasm about delivering excellent quality service to clients.
• Ability to use initiative and forward-plan.
• Very good academic achievement.
