Employment Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor with 2 to 8 years PQE to join a highly experienced and nationally recognised team. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge claims, projects, and corporate transactions for leading FTSE blue chip organisations. The successful candidate will be part of a team that prides itself on being commercially aware, pragmatic, and responsive, providing innovative commercial solutions to clients.

What you'll do:

As an Employment Solicitor, your role will be diverse and challenging.

You will:

• Provide strategic employment law advice
• Handle complex employment tribunal claims
• Deal with cross-border issues
• Manage restructuring and redundancy processes
• Handle complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination and whistle blowing complaints
• Deal with senior executive/board room issues

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Employment Solicitor position will have:

• At least two years employment law experience in a commercial practice
• Strong technical and market knowledge
• Experience dealing with strategic employment law advice, complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy
• Experience handling complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination and whistle blowing complaints
• Experience dealing with senior executive/board room issues
