An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (Associate-Senior Associate) to join a highly regarded International law firm with a team of 20+ lawyers, covering Employment, Pensions and Immigration. With a collaborative and collegiate culture, the team provides solutions to complex issues facing employers in the private sector. This role offers the chance to work with international corporates across various sectors, focusing on high-quality work in areas such as Transformation, Investigations, and Litigation.

About the role:

As an Employment Solicitor, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will proactively manage your own matters in Investigations, Transformation projects and Litigation. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to lead on larger transactions and cases while maintaining effective relationships with clients. You will contribute towards the business development strategy of the team by supporting campaigns, attending and presenting at client seminars and developing your own contacts within organisations. Working closely with tax, equity incentive, regulatory and privacy lawyers, you will act for a broad spectrum of employers including international corporates across a variety of sectors.

As an Employment Solicitor joining our team, you bring a wealth of experience from a top-rated Employment practice. Your background includes working with an international client base in highly regulated sectors. You have proven experience advising on large scale restructuring and outsourcing projects, senior exits, Board level disputes and high value Employment Tribunal litigation. Your strong academic record showcases your intellectual capability. Your good legal skills are complemented by your genuine interest in the needs of the client. Your ability to think laterally and identify related issues and problems is highly valued. Above all, your confident and professional manner sets you apart.
