Key responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor

• In this role you will be providing expert advice to a range of clients including employers and senior employees alongside executives in a range of litigious matters.
• Responsible for dealing with high quality and high value work, you will be encouraged and enable you to lead your own matters from the outset.
• You will take a high degree of responsibility for the cases you're working on, providing cross working opportunities to increase experience across the team.

Key skills required of the Employment Solicitor

We are looking for someone with real potential – so you will demonstrate:

• The successful candidate will have 1-3+ years post qualification experience, you will have already gained a good level of experience in litigious employment matters.
• This is a great opportunity if you're ambitious and eager to make a reputation for yourself in a highly regarded firm with national quality work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sound legal drafting and analytical skills.
