Based in Cheltenham the employment team deal with a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including TUPE and industrial action. Clients include Interserve, for which the practice acted on a dispute regarding a redundancy consultation.
This role is due to continued growth and expansion in the team largely as a result of an impressive tender win securing a long term contract with a major new client.
The experienced team advise clients on a range of issues such as:
- recruitment and employment contracts
- disciplinary and grievance proceedings
- performance management
- trade union disputes
- executive appointments
- restructuring and redundancy

As the ideal candidate you will be a UK qualified employment solicitor (or overseas equivalent) and may have a minimum of 1 years PQE but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.
