An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented In House Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic team of professionals. This is not your typical law firm role; it offers the chance to handle a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including insolvency litigation, breach of contract claims, professional negligence disputes, insurance litigation, and construction & company/shareholder disputes

What you'll do:

As an In House Litigation Solicitor, you will be at the forefront of handling a diverse caseload of commercial disputes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing multi-track claims in-house, attending court hearings and settlement negotiations. You will also assess the commercial viability of potential claims and work closely with the team to drive innovative legal strategies. Furthermore, you will engage in networking and relationship-building activities with insolvency practitioners and legal professionals.

  • Manage and litigate a caseload of multi-track claims in-house, including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and court documents
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
  • Assess the merits and commercial viability of potential claims
  • Work closely with the team to drive innovative legal strategies
  • Engage in networking and relationship-building with insolvency practitioners and legal professionals
