An opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate has arisen with a full-service law firm to join their growing Commercial Litigation team based in the Wast Midlands. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary and genuine career prospects.

About the role

This Commercial Litigation team is highly regarded in the Legal 500 and Chambers and advises on a range of commercial and personal disputes in the county court, high court and court of appeal, including:

  • Shareholder disputes
  • Partnership disputes
  • Contract disputes
  • Property disputes
  • IP disputes
  • Contentious probate
  • Professional negligence

About you

The Commercial Litigation Senior Associate will be a UK qualified lawyer with 4 years post qualification experience in Commercial Litigation. This is a fantastic role for a seasoned Litigator who is looking to gain exposure to a broad range of disputes in a team that is flourishing.

You will be able to demonstrate exceptional technical and organisational skills, a high degree of initiative along with the ability to provide a first rate client service.
