Legal Counsel

Excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer keen to transition from private practice to an in-house role. Will suit someone keen to retain corporate work but allowing for a much more predictable work life balance.

We are currently recruiting for a global professional services business keen to hire a corporate lawyer as they continue to grow their in-house legal function.

The current team is well established and you will be joining an extremely collaborative and supportive group of lawyers who can provide further support and training as you grow your career in-house.

A snapshot of your duties will include:

- Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including purchase agreements, intragroup financing documentation, and board and shareholder resolutions

- Providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, including drafting applicable legal documentation

- Advising and supporting the company on a broad spectrum of intragroup transactions in the UK and EMEA, including cross-border entity restructurings, intragroup financings, recapitalisations, dividends and other projects
