A leading Birmingham firm is seeking an exceptional Corporate Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate team, focusing on broad range of corporate transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions with a sophisticated client base.

The successful Corporate Lawyer will join a high-performing team specialising in:

• Working on complex deals involving mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and more.

• Building long-term trusted relationships with clients and contributing to business development initiatives.

The work is fast-paced, varied, and often involves cross-border and multi-jurisdictional elements.

About you

• A UK qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE gained at a reputable law firm.
• Strong corporate experience with strong technical ability.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex and fast-moving matters.
• Collaborative mindset and a desire to work with sophisticated clients on high-value transactions.
