Corporate Paralegal

Review, draft, and negotiate corporate agreements with precision and attention to detail including: NDAs for potential investments, hold harmless letters, and engagement letters.

Draft, negotiate, and finalise transaction documents including disclosure letters, preliminary agreements, and post-completion matters.

Provide clear, practical advice on corporate matters to support day-to-day operations and long-term business objectives.

Update internal document suites and guidance notes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Conduct tailored training sessions for commercial and technical teams on key legal documents.

Support senior lawyers by conducting research, preparing reports, and coordinating with external counsel.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align legal support with organisational goals.

Extensive experience in corporate law (a minimum of 18 months) gained in private practice or an in-house setting.

Proven ability to review, draft, and negotiate complex agreements while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication skills to deliver accessible training sessions and build trust across diverse teams.
