Corporate Senior Associate
This is an opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded legal practice in Warwickshire. You will work on high-value matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions, corporate restructuring and strategic projects.
- Qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
- Proven track record of advising on complex corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
- Excellent drafting skills with experience preparing transaction documentation such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and articles of association.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to build rapport with clients quickly while demonstrating empathy for their commercial objectives.
