On behalf of their client, they are in search of a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to become part of their team in Bristol. What you'll do:

As a Corporate Solicitor, your daily responsibilities will be to:

• Manage high-value client cases
• Supervise corporate and tax restructuring and simplifications
• Gain exposure to clients through direct interaction
• Draft and negotiate contracts
• Handle mergers & acquisitions
• Deal with strategic corporate projects
• Work on equity capital markets

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Corporate Solicitor role brings:

• A minimum of 3 years PQE
• Exceptional face-to-face and documentary negotiation skills
• Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with various international, PLC and SME cases.
