Senior Legal Counsel

Excellent opportunity for an M&A lawyer keen to transition to an in-house role, where they can retain a healthy flow of M&A activity.

We're looking for a qualified lawyer to join this PE backed business on a permanent basis.

Your role as Senior Legal Counsel will be integral to the business to continuing to support the growth of the group by leading on M&A projects. You will be providing legal support throughout the deal life cycle including drafting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting due diligence, managing external counsel, etc.

This is a high profile role within the business and you will be working with key stakeholders; therefore interpersonal skills are extremely important.

Your remit will be international (supported by the wider legal team and local Counsel) and this is truly an exciting time to join this fast-growing and hugely successful business.
