What You'll Do:

As an Associate in the Corporate team, your role will be pivotal in delivering quality work to diverse clients throughout the UK. Your day to day will include:

• Working on multiple M&A and capital raising deals at once
• Helping clients with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, capital raising, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans and corporate governance
• Collaborating with the internal Growth and Sales teams, and supporting the juniors
• 5 billing hours per day, with a mix of hourly rate and weekly-fee work

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate for the Associate position will be based in Manchester, however if you’re located in other areas and can commute to Manchester weekly or bi-weekly – that will also be considered for the right person. You will also bring:

• At least 3 years of corporate law experience in a law firm
• Specific focus on M&A
• Ability to prioritise effectively and work productively
• Passionate about development and contributing to the long-term vision of the business
