Senior Legal Counsel

Incredible opportunity for a corporate lawyer to join this hugely successful and fast-growing business, on a permanent basis. Reporting into the General Counsel, with a pathway for progression to Head of Legal or Deputy GC in the future.

This Senior Legal Counsel role will be largely focused on corporate and debt legal work streams for the business, whilst advising on broader commercial and strategic matters.

You will work closely with the General Counsel to support the Co-Founders, Board and C-Suite on complex transactions including capital raises, securitisations, M&A and IPO readiness.

This role will be well suited to someone with the following:

• minimum of 6 years PQE, with technical expertise in corporate law
• in-house experience would be advantageous but not essential
• strong drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
