An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2/3 PQE solicitor with strong commercial contracting skills to join a dynamic Legal Team in London. This role offers the chance to provide legal support across all areas of this organisation, with a focus on advising senior management and the wider business. With an attractive salary of up to £90,000, this position is perfect for those looking to utilise their legal expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

As a Legal Counsel, your role will be integral to the smooth operation of the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include advising on new business opportunities, commercial contracts, policy wordings, product development, and more. You'll also be drafting and negotiating industry-related contracts while assisting with corporate transactions, compliance issues, employment matters, tax issues and company secretarial duties.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Legal Counsel position will be keen to work in a role that will be focused on strong commercial contracting skills. However, the General Counsel is open to seeing candidates from a range of disciplines including corporate, commercial, finance, etc.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to advise senior management on new business opportunities and commercial contracts.
