Corporate Paralegal Worcester Are you a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Paralegal seeking a role in an international law firm? Do you have an interest and experience in corporate work? If so, please apply! About the Role: The successful Corporate Paralegal will have the opportunity to work with a busy team that operates across regions nationally. You will gain from exposure to the following: • Drafting legal documents using appropriate precedents and templates • Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner • Undertaking legal research, using appropriate methods, and sourcing and presenting the results • Managing aspects of files managed by qualified Solicitors and undertaking routine legal tasks No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with large clients and interesting deals.
About the Corporate Paralegal:
The ideal candidate should possess some experience in a paralegal position within corporate law and genuine enthusiasm is favoured. The LPC is also desired but not essential.
Essential attributes include:
• Excellent academics;
• Ability to work well in teams and individually;
• Self-motivation and proactivity;
• The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships.
