Corporate Solicitor NQ Birmingham Are you a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Corporate Solicitor seeking a role in an International law firm? Do you have experience in M&A or private equity work in your career so far? If so, please get in touch. About the Role: The successful Corporate Solicitor will have the opportunity to work with house-hold names and advise on all aspects of corporate work. You will gain from exposure to the following • IPO’s and secondary fundraisings • Mergers and Acquisitions • Joint Ventures, alliances, and investments • Buy-ins and Buy-outs No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with global clients.
About the Corporate Solicitor :
You will be a UK qualified solicitor having previously worked in M&A at an international, or national, law firm.
