About the role:
As the Corporate Solicitor, you will benefit from exposure to the following workflows:
• Liaise with national and international clients (including corporates, private equity institutions and management teams);
• Work across a broad range of sectors;
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins and buyouts, IPOs, secondary fundraisings, takeovers, joint ventures and investments; and
• Provide advice of high-profile deals including international transactions.
About the Corporate NQ Solicitor:
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 months’ corporate experience gained during your training contract with a reputable firm or In-House organisation.
Essential skills include:
• Strong technical skills;
• Enthusiasm for business development;
• Strong client focused approach;
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills; and
• A great academic background.
