They are looking for an exceptional Senior Associate with relevant experience to become a key member of their team.
This role offers access to the highest quality corporate work in New Zealand. You will work alongside, and learn from, some of New Zealand’s most respected corporate advisory lawyers. Your skills will be integral in complex, high-profile transactions for a range of clients including listed companies, private equity clients, private companies and a number of high net worth individuals.
As a Senior Associate you will have the opportunity to:
manage a bright young team of lawyers
- take the lead on major pieces of work, with support from the directors
- contribute to the excellence of the firm both in terms of quality output and its dynamic supportive culture.
5 years+ post-qualification experience
an outstanding academic record
top tier national or international experience in a corporate team (5 years minimum)
passion and drive to succeed as a corporate lawyer
strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
