This is a Dual role with a generalist approach, with stress on Monitoring and Testing.

The firm has been on a rapid high growth trajectory and have split this role between themselves and a cover holder they work with. This is a Dual role with a generalist approach, with some stress on Monitoring and Testing.
There are already policies set in place for the firm, so much of this role will be focused on general oversight and scaling up the compliance function. The firm is keen to find an individual who can hit the ground running from day one, and someone who can work closely and swiftly with the team in order to ensure procedures are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be developing a compliance framework for the Investment firm as well as producing product oversight.
- You will be performing conduct risk fort travel insurance policies
- Assistance in levelling up the Compliance Function through the team
Key Requirements:
- Insurance experience would be ideal, although not necessary.
- 5-7 years of work within similar roles in Compliance
A good amount of experience within Monitoring and Testing
