I’m delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Listed Financial Services firm based in London that is seeking a permanent Company Secretary. This role will be a standalone role, heading up the Corporate Governance function. The organisation is seeking both a permanent hire and a short-term interim to support the business during this phase.

I’m delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Listed Financial Services firm based in London that is seeking a permanent Company Secretary. This role will be a standalone role, heading up the Corporate Governance function.

The organisation is seeking both a permanent hire and a short-term interim to support the business during this phase.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the company secretarial function, acting as a trusted advisor to the plc Board and its committees. You’ll be responsible for key governance deliverables, including the Annual Report and AGM, while working closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen and evolve the governance framework of a highly respected organisation.


Key details:

  • London-based (hybrid working)
  • Salary: £80,000–£90,000 (permanent role)
  • Also open to short-term interim/contract candidates


This opportunity would suit someone currently operating at Assistant Company Secretary, Senior Assistant Company Secretary, or Deputy Company Secretary level within a listed environment who is looking to step up into a broader, more autonomous role.
