What you'll do:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation. Your warm and welcoming demeanour will set the tone for all interactions between visitors and our company. You will also:

  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and provide information to callers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently, ensuring all meetings are well-coordinated.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing, maintaining organised records.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure all responsibilities are met within set deadlines.
