Employment Solicitor 12M FTC

I am currently working exclusively with a well-established organisation operating across multiple sectors, seeking an Employment Solicitor 12M FTC to provide expert employment law support during a period of increased workload and change. This role will suit an experienced employment solicitor who can deliver pragmatic, commercial advice and operate as a trusted adviser to HR and senior stakeholders.

• Provide day-to-day employment law advice to HR and senior management.
• Support complex employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and restructures.
• Advise on TUPE transfers, workforce change projects, and organisational transformation.
• Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Manage employment litigation risk and advise on tribunal strategy where required.
• Support HR with settlement agreements and exits.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver commercially focused legal solutions.
• Instruct and manage external counsel where necessary.

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
• Strong in-house or private practice employment law background.
• Proven experience advising on a broad range of employment law matters.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously and add value from day one.
