Join a Leading Real Estate Firm as a Paralegal in London! A top global real estate services provider is searching for a dedicated Paralegal to support their Group Legal team.

About the Role

Working within a supportive and dynamic team, your day-to-day remit will include the following:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of contracts related to the procurement of goods and services for the Property Management division
• Examine non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with precision and carry out thorough reviews of tender documentation to safeguard company interests
• Providing proactive support to both the Team Administrator and Data Protection Officer
• Develop and maintain active communication channels within the legal department as well as with other teams across the organisation to foster co-operation and understanding

About You

Candidates will ideally have worked in-house or in private practice for at least 3 years, however candidates with less experience will be considered if they can demonstrate a good cultural fit and willingness to learn.

Location & Working Pattern:

• This role is office-based, five days per week. Candidates must be able to commute to their central office location.
