Legal Counsel -12mth FTC

Global services business enjoying a rapid period of international growth is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team on a 12 month contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week required in the office (Central London). You must be available to start by the end of January at the latest.

The position offers a broad day-to-day in-house workload such as reviewing and drafting a range of contracts, including: distribution contracts; technology and IP agreements; sponsorship agreements; product agreements, and general customer and supplier contracts. You will also be involved in a constant flow of business-oriented legal advisory work, engaging with stakeholders across the organisation and beyond.

The position requires a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE (although applications from all levels will be considered on merit). You must have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and a background with technology and IP work would be viewed favourably
