A leading global law firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Commercial Solicitor to work on high-value commercial contracts and strategic agreements for top-tier clients across sectors such as transport, utilities, aerospace, and automotive. Based in Birmingham, the role offers exposure to both local and international projects, professional development opportunities, and a supportive environment that values diversity, inclusion, and flexible working.

What You’ll Do:

• As a Commercial Solicitor, you will advise on complex commercial contracts for private and public sector clients locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless legal support across practice groups.
• Draft bespoke agreements while addressing key legal, commercial, and operational issues.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives through briefings and articles.
• Mentor junior colleagues (if at Senior Associate level) and participate in training sessions to enhance your expertise.

What You Bring:

• 2–6 years PQE with solid experience in contract law and drafting complex agreements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
