We have a truly exciting opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join this business on a permanent basis. We're looking for someone with proven experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. If you have worked in an industry similar to Oil & Gas, Shipping, Renewables - then even better.

You will work closely with the Head of Legal and General Counsel in protecting the company’s legal interests and business operations during all contract management activities, covering the entire contract life cycle.

The role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced contracts specialist to implement best practices and high standards of service; will address the growing demands of our customers, partners, and suppliers by providing expert advice during contract formation, review, and negotiation; and, will support projects with contract management activities, including handling changes, claims, and legal correspondence, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial strategy, policies, goals, processes, and guidelines.
