Legal Advisor

Requirement for a commercial lawyer to join this business on a full-time basis; can support candidates who wish to work fully remotely.

This Legal Advisor role reports directly to the GC and has a lot of autonomy and responsibility.

You will work closely with the PLC Board, Exec Directors and wider business to provide sound legal and commercial advice.

Typical work will include a mix of:

Commercial - customer and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, etc.

Employment/Real Estate/IP - ability to provide initial advice, and then outsource to external Counsel where necessary (however anyone with IP experience would be well suited due to advancements on the company's market leading technology platform).

Corporate - familiarity with M&A and company law (listed business)

This role will be well suited to someone who has extensive experience in dealing with a range of commercial contracts and enjoys working fully remotely, travelling for meetings when required.
