Clean Technology - Commerical Contracts Excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid experience of international commercial contracting experience, to join this fast-growing company on a permanent basis.

We are currently recruiting for a qualified lawyer or a commercial contracts manager with a legal background to join our client on a permanent basis.

This business is extremely fast-growing with huge appetite to continue expansion in their market. They operate within the technology space and this role would be well suited to someone who has worked in a turn key industry or transferable industry.

Your role will include:

• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, assessing value, complexity, and risk
• Identify and mitigate risks, providing guidance on compliance issues and contracting strategies
• Draft, review, and negotiate varying contract terms and conditions (NDAs, collaborations, licences, supply contracts, subcontracts, and others)
• Manage the contracting process in line with company policies, follow approval protocols, and highlight risks related to applicable laws and regulations
• Lead or support negotiations, securing legally sound contracts
